We offer free shipping for U.S. customers who order $20 or several flat rate standard shipping fee options for orders under $20. Free shipping orders will be shipped via the most economical delivery method. In Stock Shipping

We do our best to ship in-stock items within 24 hours from the time you place your order (excluding weekends). Please allow up to 3 working days during busy seasons. You will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking info via email once your order has shipped. Please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking info to generate and remember to check your spam folder.

Pre-Order Shipping

We ship your pre-order products within 1-3 weeks of the beginning of the estimated release month listed in the product description.

Back-Order Shipping

We ship your back-order products typically 4 weeks from the time you place your order. To learn more about a particular product's back-order duration, please send us an inquiry through our contact form.

REGARDING DEPOSIT PAYMENT:

By purchasing a pre-order item using the deposit payment option, you agree to pay the nonrefundable minimum deposit amount or any amount you choose to enter upfront. You will then be assigned a reservation for the amount of item units you have pre-ordered. When the item release is confirmed and we have received the item stock, you will receive an invoice via email or SMS message to pay the remaining balance payment amount for the amount of item units you pre-ordered. You can also pay your remaining balance amount by clicking 'Orders' within your store account menu, then selecting the specific order number of your pre-order from your list of orders to view balance statement and complete payment.

If you do not complete balance payment for your order within 3 weeks of receiving your order's invoice message, your order may be cancelled at our discretion and your deposit will not be refunded.

Mixed Order with Pre-Order/Back-Order and In Stock Items

For orders containing both Pre-order/Back-Order items and In Stock items, we will consolidate your purchased items for a single shipment and wait until the last item has arrived to our warehouse before we ship your package.To avoid waiting too long for your In Stock items, make sure to place a separate order for them, or reach out to us by email or store chat log to request separate delivery. We highly recommend this action when your order contains Pre-Order items that are due to release over a month later.

Do you ship internationally?

We are able to ship to Canada and the European countries through our website. We also only ship within the continental United States, not including Hawaii and Alaska. Other countries may served on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
